Attacks? Who said anything about attacks? The leadership of the Republican National Committee is shocked, shocked to be linked to the scurrilous politics of personal attack. It is these kind of personal attacks by Bostonist on the Fakester Ed Gillespie and gay marriages that proves we need to lower taxes and makes me love my wife even less.

Fakester Ed Gilespe: Yes, your comment was eaten, please see our comment policy. Generally Bostonist frowns on posts that are personal attacks. Your second post was insightful.
Thanks for understanding.

Hmm, my comment seems to have been eaten. It was along the lines of I'm not sure these kids realize that Boston is already very Christian - the Episcopalian and Catholic churches are very strong. The Unitarian church has its headquarters here.

Aaaaargh! The Pilgrims landed at Plymouth, not the Puritans. There are fundemental differences between the two groups. Puritans led by John Winthrop founded Boston. Needless to say, Increase Mather and somee of the other Puritan divines would have these kids running back to Arkansas.

I'm sure that a team of Deep-South Fundies are going to be a HUGE HIT in Quincy.

I'm saddened, because judging from their webpage, they seem to be under the impression that people in Boston reject their form of religion simply because they don't know about it, when the case it that they know about it, but it doesn't interest them because it doesn't fit in to the local culture at all.
