I went to rehab with Bob Lobel. He's suing claiming libel when the cartoon is the truth. He was in rehab for alcohol.

If the first amendment protects Hustler magazine when it runs a satirical piece implying that Jerry Falwell has sex with his own mom in an outhouse (see Hustler v. Falwell, 485 U.S. 46 [1988]), I think it's a safe bet that it protects Darby Conley here. Of course, nothing expresses outrage like a lawsuit (remember when Fox News sued Al Franken, claiming to have proprietary rights to the phrase "fair and balanced"?).
