I remember seeing a great reggae band called Loose Caboose at the Western Front back in 1981 or so when I was attending BU.

really there's a bar in there? i had no idea. in theory they have shows there, but to be honest i always thought it was a mob front or something. i can't tell if the figures painted on the outside are racist or just weird or what. there are white people just standing around talking, and the black people are dancing like maniacs. you can't see it well in this picture, though.
