If I were to design a parking permit for my neighborhood-- Allston/Brighton, I would go with what I think represents the area best. Bed Bugs.

on the topic of parking permits, Everett just instituted their permit program. Some poor schlub in the city office had to write in black marker everyone's licence plate number on the sticker.

If they really want to get the best pool of entries, they should offer free Cambridge parking to non-Cantabrigians as a prize. What I wouldn't give . . .
