However we call it we’re happy to have Dominique and Chryde guiding Parisist as editors on the official launch today. Only hours after the launch of Shanghaiist and Phillyist, Parisist makes its "fashionably late" entrance to the Gothamist party. Crippled by trips to Montreal listening to the Quebecois speak their own brand of French, letting the good times roll (laissez le bon temps roullez) in New Orleans and that bastard French creole they mutter, our proper French is a bit out of date.
