<description>&lt;p&gt;The term &quot;Orange Plus&quot; actually isn&apos;t anything new. NYC is always on Code Orange, regardless of what other parts of the country are. When other parts of the country go orange, NYC goes Orange Plus.

I&apos;ve read that other places like Maryland have also had &quot;orange plus.&quot; &lt;/p&gt;</description>
