Bambara did look a little pricey. I agree when you get to the high end of food you really gotta start looking for quality.

having tried bambara for my birthday, i found there are reasons why it's lesser known. it was really expensive for pretty much eating in a bar, and the menu was not particularly impressive. the food was fine, but for like $25-30 for an entree, you had better be blown away. i've had dinners at hamersly's and oleana that were cheaper and about a thousand times better.
