Word on Newbury (I work in an art gallery right there too) that its going to be a Neiman Marcus with an outdoor cafe, which is why they redid the outside. The building is pretty huge but that is the biggest rumor.

Katie, The BSC will be opening up a flagship location in the Newbry, complete with an "executive lap pool," to replace the current location on Boylston Street. They've taken 35,000 square feet of the building. http://www.wilderco.com/news-archives/ra-12-07-04.htm Maybe H&M can team up with BSC and sell inexpensive workout clothes to the BSC members.
