The Good Life's luster faded because people got sick of waiting for @#$%^& service while "Boston's best bartenders" were too busy reading their headlines in the Improper.

ooooooo, the afterlife! feel the burn!!

meh. i'm not as thrilled about the makeover. they just poshed it up to look more like the other corporate restaurants around boston. i went there last week and it felt soulless compared to the old swingery type place it used to be. i don't know why they even kept the same name. it's nothing like what it used to be. they should call it "torch" or "flint" or "white" like all of those other "respectable" after work places.
