I'm so glad you will be making it more then exciting! I look forward for more help finding a good place to live come this summer. I agree that Realty companies are just good people like you and me. I do think that many people have a bad view of the industry just like car sales people and lawyers (sorry josh!). Podcasting (as well as blogging) is a great way to break down barriers with people who already have a poor view of your industry.

BostonReatyNews.com is not a real estate company although many of the contributors are practicing real estate professionals. I disagree with your opinion of real estate companies. Like 90% of the rest of the world, real estate companies are made up of honest, hardworking individuals. Although there are bad apples in every barrel, painting all real estate companies with such a broad negative brush is unbecoming of the author and demeans the ability of the audience to judge . In my opinion, it would be better to provide anectodal or empirical evidence about such experiences and then let the readers decide.
