see news today saying that children are just as safe (if not safer) in small cars as they are in SUVs. Bostonist would certainly be happy to see a few more families hauling kids around in some city-friendly cars for a change. (And really, after overhearing someone say he'd like to "stab SUV drivers in the eye" for parking infractions, cars seem a whole lot safer, at least in Porter Sq.)

HAHAHA!
"stab SUV drivers in the eye"
now who would say such an awful thing?
maybe the Boston City Council should reconsider the London style center city congestion tax on cars, but apply it only to SUVs.
Whenever i walk through the Prudential garage, afer i've parked my car, and i see one of these SUV scratching their roofs on the parking garage's ceiling or pipes, i feel this (guilty) pleasure... :) and i'm happy i don't have to fill up their gas-tanks!
You can really read a person by the way they park/drive. Who would want to get to know that person?
