<description>&lt;p&gt;&quot;Cadbury Creme Egg Day,&quot; which my friends and I celebrate, typically occurs on February 15.  Valentine&apos;s is out, and the creme eggs are laid.  It happens every year.  The scarcity in some cities may be due to the fact that these things are so sweet and sugary they bounce themselves off the shelves.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
