Do it With Your Duncan

On February 26, 2006 Eric Koloski took home the title of State Yo-Yo Champion 2006. Participants in the contest headed west to UMass-Amherst for the championship and exhibition rounds of Yo-Yo tricks and finesse. Walking the Dog and Around the World are the height of Bostonist’s ability with a Yo-Yo, but those tricks are baby steps to the top Yo-Yoers, they probably don’t event call them tricks. Today’s video is a montage of footage from the day’s festivities nearly two months ago. You don’t need sound to enjoy this video but the soundtrack will help you pay attention until the money shot at the end. If you can’t get enough, check out the official site for the MA States they’ve got videos of the championship routine and runners up and rules of the contest so you can sport your skills next year.
