Early Fall brings to Boston some of the most beautiful weather days in the year. It also is a time for freshman orientation at the local universities and colleges. After orientation is done the fresh faces on campus seem to be high school students deciding if they’re going to take pains in writing the entrance essay and turn in an application for that institute of higher learning. As buds open in the spring the weather outside is equally nice, and seniors are battling senioritis. The admitted student programs start running. Admission offices attempt to increase their yield, hoping to nudge their stats in the rankings. It’s all about public relations and positioning. So today, as the trees are flowering and sun gleaming, we’d like to offer up this alternative video tour of one of the areas most prestigious universities. There’s only a short clip of what could have gone on for a while, all we know the poor guide was tackled by the “branding police” before he left the yard.
