Banking Bobby Brown

We tired of celebrity sightings that involve Matt Damon and Ben Affleck – their celebrity news has been decidedly boring as of late. So we’ve turned our attention to another Boston native, the wonderfully colorful character known as “King of R&B Bobby Brown” (thank Tyra Banks for bringing his monarchy to our attention). Last summer we were a bit skeptical as Being Bobby Brown was set to come on the air, but it’s been a bit of a guilty pleasure to watch. Back in March Bobby made real news as he was arrested on outstanding warrants dating back 14 years. Whitney wouldn’t stand for her hubby getting all the attention – pictures surfaced at the end of March of Whitney’s kitchen bathroom and a little problem she has.

The hat trick is Tyra. Take two celebrities and put them in a reality show showcase of their dysfunction, then when it’s time to do the press tour to promote season 2, it’s time to talk to the new talk show diva Tyra Banks. Stunts like “scientifically” proving her breasts are real on the show spice up the rather uninformed interviews.
