It's unclear how much of a shaker Tom Brady may be (though, apparently, he's now a model) but he is a mover. In late 2004 he ditched the bachelor pad in Quincy for fancy digs on Comm. Ave. in Back Bay. The condo in Quincy was listed for $1.45 million. Today the 'track is reporting that he is currently in negotiations to purchase a townhouse the whole damn building at 301 Beacon. Currently the building is home to four units and isn't listed for sale. The Pats QB would like to take those four and make them just two – one for him, one for his sister. The rumored price is $6.7 mil for the building and renovations may cost him another $3 million. Though housing prices are reportedly falling, why not spend it if you've got it. All told, we're still a little curious which Tom Brady is moving.

Too bad for me as I no longer live in Beantown. I could have walked by on my way to and from work. Thanks for the map.
I wouldn't be surprised if this address is incorrect -- although it IS very close to where he could be moving.
I live on this block currently, so I'll just say that somewhere along Exeter an entire building has been being renovated for almost a year now.
It's always been a gorgeous building and every minute detail of the rennovation has clearly been mapped out beforehand.
