<description>&lt;p&gt;Hey, props to Boston and all, but I have serious doubts about any survey that  ranks Cincinatti number 1 in nightlife -- with New York at 13 -- and Las Vegas number 1 in job growth.  (I mean, I guess it depends on what type of job you plan on growing into...)&lt;/p&gt;</description>
