Segway tours have been embraced and accepted in many great cities (DC, Chicago, San Francisco, LA...), and Boston could offer some promising routes. A smart tour operator will map tour routes away from where the sidewalks are too narrow, and certainly well away from drivers, of the masshole variety and otherwise. Hopefully there will be plenty of time for due diligence before the spring season, since Segway Tours aren't nearly as much fun in the cold. I hope this happens!
