<description>&lt;p&gt;I live just down the street from Neighborhood and have been there many times because my wife drags me there. I think it&apos;s just average as far as brunch places go. More often than not, service is extremely slow. 

I&apos;d much rather go to Soundbites, S&amp;S or my favorite, Centre St. Cafe in JP.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
