<description>&lt;p&gt;Two thoughts. 

One, satellite dishes can be placed on the roofs of buildings hidden from casual eyesight, and then fed to the units.

Second, FCC (ie Federeal) regulations prohibit this. Building owners MUST provide a means for tenents to subscribe and receive satellite TV signals into their units.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
