Bobby Previte's Coalition of the Willing
Bostonist caught a preview of Bobby Previte's Coalition of the Willing project at Berklee in April as part of ropeadope record's "What is Jazz?" festival (we really liked it). The full project should be even more of a treat, especially since it features guitar giant Charlie Hunter (and Robert Walters and Skerik). II Papas open.

Monsters Are Waiting, The Changes, Cloud Cult, Little Man Tate
Cloud Cult is the biggest little band maybe you've heard of…maybe not. Our friends at Gothamist turned us on to them at a MoveableHype show, then for shows here in the Hub, and we've all but signed up for the fan club cult. The Cloud Cult takes stage amongst other strong acts in the "anchor" position.
Great Scott, 9pm, $9, 18+
