<description>&lt;p&gt;Bostonist has reminded readers before of the Safe Haven Law, and we&apos;ll do it again. We&apos;ll keep on doing it until these incidents stop.
Has it ever occured to anyone that the girls most likely to abandon their newborns in this fashion are poor, uneducated types who don&apos;t read newspapers, watch the TV news, or know what a blog is?

Why doesn&apos;t Save Haven advertise in the poor sections of towns and inner cities?&lt;/p&gt;</description>
