To celebrate the return of PBR (Professional Bull-Riding not Pabst Blue Ribbon) to the DCU Center, the Fox Morning News Crew took a trip to the Liquor Store so they could ride the mechanical bull.
Watching Gene, VB, Doug, and Q attempt to ride a bull is priceless entertainment. Kim Carrigan is notably absent from the fray, as she probably needed to make a hair appointment.
The rest of the Fox Morning News Crew proved they were more willing to make fun of themselves than any other news crew. Given the noticeable bleeping during the broadcast, they probably cuss more than any other news crew out there, too. For example, Doug declared before hopping on the bull, " There's a new sheriff in town - his name is 'Scared Sh*tless."
As usual, VB hammed it up, jokingly paying off the bull operator and whispering some sweet nothings to the mechanical bull. The always-classy Q looked like she would much rather be at the opera than riding a bull, but she didn't get tossed, and she was able to walk after her bull-ride, which is more than can be said for the News Crews guys.
The Globe may be asking you to rank all the news anchors out there based on their personal style, but Bostonist says that's not the way to go. We just want to know how long they'd last on a mechanical bull.
