Sports Redux: Kessel Continues to Rule, a Celtic Dresses Up

celtics_logo.gifProfessional Bruin and full-time Iron Man Phil Kessel scored the winning goal in a shootout against the Pittsburgh Penguins.

Elsewhere, say what you will about the Celtics, but at least they know how to dress. Well, maybe only one of the Celtics knows how to dress. The Globe took a peek inside Sebastian Telfair's closets and found some seriously high-end merchandise, with an emphasis on Louis Vuitton.

This news led Bostonist to what might be a scathingly brilliant idea. The Project Runway team has designed clothes for ice skaters, but why not a basketball player? Have they done that yet? The article mentions that Telfair can wear designer duds because he's smaller than many of his NBA colleagues, but it would be engrossing television to watch one of the Runway contestants dress someone who truly qualifies as "big and tall."

That little Celtic fella might look good in some Louis Vuitton, don't you think?
