<description>&lt;p&gt;It might be understanable if this were not the latest in a long, long, LONG string of missteps and technical and ethical violations that she has performed in her tenure.  Every other legislator managed to get past the &quot;glitch&quot;, so I don&apos;t think it is &quot;perfectly understandable&quot; for her to, yet again, not abide by the rules.  Clearly, she believes that the rules apply to everyone else, but not her.  Everyone else has to follow OCPF rules, not her.  Everyone else has to pay their mortages, not her.  Everyone else has to collect signatures to get on a ballot, not her.  Everyone else has to file legislation by the deadline, not her.  One hopes the voters of the Second Suffolk will wise up someday and elect a different state senator, not her.  &lt;/p&gt;</description>
