Boston Blotter: Recent Mysteries Remain Unsolved

sherlock-holmes.jpgTwo teenagers were stabbed at the Savin Hill T stop. They're going to be fine, but the police haven't caught the assailants.

A tragedy unfolded in Lexington following a car accident. On Friday, two brothers were riding together when their car crashed, rolled, and struck a tree. One brother died. The other brother who was driving the car may be facing charges because police say alcohol was a factor.

The Coast Guard found the boat that was missing off Nantucket, but they didn't find the crew. WBZ notes, "Officials say the one life raft on board the 'Lady Grace' was still attached to the boat when it was found." Whatever happened to bring down that boat, the crew may not have had the chance to save themselves.

The BPD still hasn't released any word that the body found in Dorchester belongs to the missing Warren Daniel Hairston. The Herald reports that his mother is fearing the worst given that Hairston has been mixed up with the H-Block gang.

Since there's nothing clever or cute on the blotter that brightens its overall dreariness, Bostonist brings you an image of Sherlock Holmes from Amazon.com.
