Walter and I had to laugh out loud at your wonderful reporting of the event - go ahead and put up an image of us and let people decide if we were indeed "objectionable"

Thank you for your lovely comments about our performance!!!

Love

- Edrie

PS: I've seen the material in question and I found it completely non offensive

I only know two things here:

1. At some point, Mr. Favreau viewed what he perceived as "offensive" nudity.

2. Thereafter, he kept watching. Long enough for one girl to strip, then strip another girl, then peform some kind of kissing/painting ritual.

So as far as I can see, Mr. Favreau consented to viewing the material. At some point, continued viewing becomes a willful act. And I don't buy any "well I just wanted to see how outrageous it would get" explanation either. (Really, judge, I just smoked the pot because I wanted to see what it was like!)

Let's not forget, the show was called "Punk Goth Metal." Was he really expecting to see, I dunno, something "mainstream"?

My suspicion is that Favreau's wife walked in on him and all of this "complaining" is now just "cover." If he didn't like it, he could have changed the channel.

BTW LTC gets a big frownie : ( for pulling the segment and essentially making the village complainer their de facto program director. They should review the material and, if it complies with FCC guidelines, they should should put it back in the rotation ASAP.
