Map mash-ups have been around for what seems like forever. Geo-tagging for Flickr seems like it's been around for similar eons. Yet both are still new to the scene in the grand scheme of things – neither came around until after the tech bubble burst. They still amaze us. The tagged photos that appear on the loc.alize.us site seem to all be brilliant and appear on the satellite map in the location they were taken. We've experienced different load times in using the service, so be patient and wait for things to load.
