<description>&lt;p&gt;Caroline, you&apos;re right, these are brilliant ideas. How do we get them in development? I&apos;m going ot start asking around, but if the great Bostonist can&apos;t kick this project into high gear, not sure what a little indie blogger can do...

I can ask my statehouse friend, though, and see if I can track down a mayor&apos;s office contact...&lt;/p&gt;</description>
