The press release really told us all we needed to know: "When an immortal piece of exercise equipment threatens the balance of galactic peace, it is up to the Aqua Teen Hunger Force to run away from it. Peril escalates when the Plutonians team up with the Cybernetic ghost of Christmas Past to strive for ultimate control of the deadly device."
The movie promotional people are in full thrust for Aqua Teen Hunger Force Colon A Movie Film for Theatres, this time they're armed with prize packs (no Mooninites). The movie opens on April 13 – and you've got until then to enter the Bostonist ATHF contest. The winner will receive all sorts of ATHF swag – a beach ball, koozie, poster, socks, CD, and we're sure a few more fun things thrown in. We lobbied for a fully functional Lite Brite (or, ideally one of the LED boards that made Boston famous all over again) but there was some nonsense about paying off Mayor Menino so they wouldn't give in to our demands. A beach ball and a koozie – now which way to Carl's pool?
