<description>&lt;p&gt;If you look at it this way - getting the #1 pick almost feels like the kiss of death. The last time the celtics had the worst record they were in line to get Tim Duncan. Instead, the improbable Spurs had the luck of the draw.  I don&apos;t know - if they get the 1 or 2 I&apos;d be happy but for some reason the luck just doesn&apos;t feel like it&apos;s with the C&apos;s.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
