As WBOS has been hyping the lineup announcement for the 14th Annual WBOS EarthFest, we've been eager to find out who will grace the Hatch Shell stage on May 26. Although the official press conference isn't scheduled until Friday, WBOS VIP email subscribers were sent an email Wednesday night that hooked them up with details about what is looking to be a sweet day of free tunes.
Headliners will include Guster, KT Tunstall, Mat Kearney, John Butler Trio, Grace Potter & the Nocturnals and Vega4. Music on the Kids Planet Stage will begin at 10 a.m., the Boston Music stage at 11 a.m. and the Main Stage at 11:30.
Guster has a happy place in our hearts here at Bostonist, and we've had a chance over the last year to take in shows by Tunstall, Kearney and Grace Potter & the Nocturnals. All of the acts demonstrated a savvy ability to work a crowd. Given the good impressions we have of John Butler Trio and Vega4, we're pretty psyched for our musical May day.
