<description>&lt;p&gt;You are 75% wrong on this one.  His speech should be protected.  If a student felt threatened, they should take a basic acting class, in which they understand re-enactments to make a valid statistical point are not threatening.  They are enlightening.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
