Thank you for your responses to our last call for writers! We're hoping you'll see some Foodie Debuts soon. As we have looked through the submissions, we realize that we have another slot on our Bostonist Blogger Wish List – a public transportation blogger. We'd ask Mac Daniel, but he's taken.
If you read "Starts & Stops," if you cut open your CharlieCard to see what was inside, if you have a cute CharlieCard mitten, or if the thought of riding the Green Line gives you the shivers, then you are our person.
We're not interested in all rants against the MBTA all the time, although constructive criticism is welcome (and necessary!). We want someone to report the latest developments in MBTA and other public transportation service. If you read Bostonist, you know we've covered public transportation in the past, and you can see some samples of what we're looking for here, here, and here. (Thanks, Ron - seems we need a copy editor, too!)
Might you be interested? Please send along a sample post and any other examples of your writing to jobs@bostonist.com. If you already have a blog, please send us a link. We need someone who can make a commitment to Bostonist and who can post at least two times a week.

I don't understand what you mean by "here, here, and here". These words are not links.
"We're not interested in all rants against the MBTA all the time"
I think this should be your #1 hiring criterion - this is the reason I stopped reading a certain other well-known, Boston-based blog. There are enough anti-MBTA sites out there. I hope Bostonist can find someone who will be truly objective. Truly, truly objective.
