<description>&lt;p&gt;My guess is that &quot;so blue is that you can&apos;t tell if it is blue or black&quot; refers to the sliding scale of color.  Open a Photoshop or Fireworks document and play with the RGB value.  

If one considers so blue moving to the darker blues, Mr. Romney is saying it can&apos;t get any bluer. If one considers bluer moving to the lighter blues, Mr. Romney has it backwards.  But, it is clear he holds to the former.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
