Boston Blotter: Tying Up Loose Ends

crime_scene_tape.jpg--A double stabbing happened on the Common early this morning. The stab victims were found in different places - one in front of a Suffolk residence hall and another in the park. Further investigation revealed that the guy in the park, James Sablone, of Winthrop, is allegedly the stabber, and the guy in front of Suffolk, who hasn't been identified, is the stabbee.

--It took a while, but a man who was shot back in February spotted the man who allegedly did the shooting on Saturday night and notified the BPD. Police arrested a man from Mattapan for the crime.

--Some creep from Saugus pointed a gun at a woman in a Circuit City parking lot and tried to take her car yesterday afternoon. She screamed, and he took off, but police eventually tracked him down later that evening.

--Still no word on what allegedly got up Luigi Epifania's butt and made him set a cat on fire in East Boston. We're waiting.
