<description>&lt;p&gt;The real penalty here is that a felony conviction leads to &quot;debarment&quot;, i.e., no more public sector business. In turn, this makes the stock of the company nearly worthless. Bankruptcy lawyers are probably circling Powers right now. Seems fair, somehow. What&apos;s the over/under on how long it will take Mr. Powers to discover a bank in Grand Cayman?&lt;/p&gt;</description>
