I'd been wondering if the bat was permanently attached to his shoulder. We've been waiting for that to happen all season. Don't know if it's too late to save his reputation around here. Can't blame the Pats for trying, but I agree that they didn't really need to do it. They should have saved that trick for the Chargers or the Colts.</p>
