<description>&lt;p&gt;Whether or not it&apos;s &quot;PR crap&quot; there&apos;s some truth in it, though I would say in general, this whole country is pretty bad with cleanliness.  Boston, New York, LA, whatever.  They&apos;re all pretty filthy.

Really, is it that hard to go wash one&apos;s hand after using the bathroom?  Is it that hard to remember to even flush the toilet?

I&apos;m no clean freak.  It&apos;s just that simple hygiene doesn&apos;t take that much to understand.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
