<description>&lt;p&gt;There is no reason whatsoever to take park land for construction.   If you remove the parked cars on both sides of Beacon Street, between Arlington and Clarendon Streets, you now have plenty of room to detour all of the Storrow traffic.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
