<description>&lt;p&gt;Harvard is safer.... that should be the headline.  Harvard students made progress in safer sex education. We at Condom Hall send out discreet packages to Harvard students every week, so we know they want safer sex. 

I agree that there is always room for improvement, like giving students information and more options so they can get condoms discreetly in the privacy of their dorm or apartment.  However, lets celebrate the fact that at least for now, Harvard is safer... not yet safe... but safer!
