I was floored by the fact that he even spoke to us - let alone in two languages! With the bugs, looking at the manner in which Chamberlain was handling things in the seventh versus the eighth, the bugs did play a role. The guy got rattled and then things spiraled. If that hadn't been a factor, I think that the momentum of the game up until that point would have yielded a Yanks win. A win off a pitchers' duel that generated little offense on other side. Just happened to be that Cleveland could handle creepy crawlies and Chamberlain couldn't.
