Jenny Frazier is holding a gathering of the Boston bloggers tonight, and it promises to be a blast, if last year's event was any indication. Well, there might be a few awkward silences as bloggers (Bostonist included) make the scary transition from online friendship to in-person friendship, but that's what beer is for!

If you are a local blogger, head on over to Frazier's site and register. All it takes is an account on Upcoming.org and the willingness to disconnect yourself from the Internet for a few hours.* And if you're worried about missing any of the game, the Pour House and their 21 television sets will have you covered.

With Blogtoberfest and PodCamp Boston 2, this city is proving to be a bloggers' paradise, isn't it?

*Someone's bound to bust out a Blackberry or an iPhone, but we'll forgive 'em. It's Blogtoberfest, after all.
