Get a "Tight End" like Tom Brady

All of us here at Bostonist have started to worry (perhaps a bit belatedly) about our skimpy Halloween costumes. How will our derrieres look in that tight spandex? A wee bit saggy, we fear. Fortunately, the good girls of Diet.com have come to the rescue with a Halloween workout video inspired by Tom Brady. Put on your #12 jersey and start toning that tush for tonight!


We're not sure why this is designated specifically as a "Women's Workout" video--surely men, too, can benefit from the "down and out," "bump and run," "dumbbell touchdowns," and the clever little workouts. We found the workouts a little silly at first, but then we tried them, and now we're a little bit winded! Turns out we have a long way to go before our ends look like Tom's.

The Diet.com girls have other health-minded videos, too, including this one on Healthy Halloween Treats. Check 'em out for a Halloween that's healthy--if only at the last minute.

holy crap! that's one of the trainers at the BSC I go to. damn small world.

They both live in Boston! I used to go to the Watertown BSC and would see them both there all time... so funny!
