What positive experiences are you referring to? I had only one experience with them, and it was decidedly negative. I &quot;rethought&quot; them only after they read about themselves in my blog and emailed me to explain their actions. I respect them now for their commitment to the community, but they earned this respect through a series of emails, not a &quot;series of positive experiences,&quot; as you described.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
