Boston Blotter: Roxbury Shooting Victim Dies

033107_body_outline.jpg--A man who was shot on Friday night in Roxbury died at the hospital yesterday. Ruel Davis, 20, was shot on Walnut Avenue and Rockland Street.

Davis' murderer was cold-blooded. O'Ryan Johnson reports that the shooter walked around Davis' body and kept firing until he thought the job was done: "Witnesses said the gunman coolly paced around the victim and continued shooting the man as he laid on the sidewalk outside the Walnut Avenue apartment building screaming."

--The BPD announced that a man who was shot on Beale Street on Tuesday died. Adolphus King, 54, of Dorchester, died on Thursday.

--A body appeared in the water at Pier 8 in Charlestown today. WBZ is reporting that the body belongs to a male in his 30s.

--An argument with a girlfriend caused a guy to run a red light at L Street and East Broadway last night, triggering a two-car accident. Four people went to the hospital. Romantic spats are not something to multi-task.

--People from Newton don't seem like the type to interface with police officers at the Cask 'N' Flagon, but 29-year-old Ricardo Diogenes caused such a stir at the bar early this morning that the BPD took him in.

All charges alleged until proven under law.

I wonder if he knows the Arzumanyans of Newton, who also know a thing or two about screwing with the cops.

Allegedly.
