<description>&lt;p&gt;Yeah, but what&apos;s most fun is that the former head of the org, Chuck Vinick, was paid $203,000 last year for his lobbying efforts. 
But all he did was make the organization look like fools.
I really liked when he told the local radio station that Cape Wind would not decrease our dependence on foreign oil because, although the oil plant on the Cape Cod Canal will be used less, &quot;it is my understanding that we do not use foreign oil in domestic oil plants.&quot;
These guys are too funny for words. 
Anyway, Vinick&apos;s moved down to D.C. where people might not be able to separate fact from fiction, and  the new head of the org is Wattley -- a coal industry guy. 
Wonder how much he is being paid?
Maybe he&apos;ll suggest that Cape Cod have a new coal plant -- but that the new plant should be located in Fall River....
