<description>&lt;p&gt;If the commuter-rail conductors can&apos;t regularly tell people what train is arriving in Back Bay (see Sunday&apos;s Globe), and the red LED signs in stations don&apos;t ever say anything useful, I don&apos;t expect many people will get updates via cell phone. But, I hope to be pleasantly surprised.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
