OK, so Mr. Sullivan wants to be part of the mainstream, yet be edgy and iconoclastic. He wants acceptance, with the simultaneous ability to complain about not being accepted. He wants to spend "hours at a time, sitting and talking", while complaining that the real estate values, (which he helped create) are preventing it. Say, gay people ARE just like the rest of us!
