Holidon'ts: Worst Christmas Present Ever
"Bostonist" and "Fashion" are words that rarely go together, but we've been recapping the latest Project Runway, and we know what looks bad. Sports fan gear isn't the best-looking stuff in the world, but it serves a purpose. People love the Patriots, and they love to show their New England Patriots pride with jerseys, hats, and the occasional body paint.
That said, whoever thought to combine a purse with Patriot Pride created a monstrous fashion mutation, complete with a "special lipstick holder." What makes a lipstick holder "special"? Do we want to know?
Feast your eyes on that picture. That may win the award for ugliest purse ever. The purse wouldn't be worth mentioning except that it also costs $119.99. You could make a purse out of a tin can or a license plate and get something that looks better. Friends do not let friends buy this purse.

since i'm not from here, i could probably buy these purses for all of my friends back home and convince them that the purses absolutely are the latest fashion on the east coast. i could create a contingent of patriot purse-wearing midwesterners!
sadly, while i love my friends, i definitely don't have $120 to spend on each of them...
I own that purse, but the Pittsburgh Steelers version.
Needless to say, it was a gift.
Midwesterners are smarter than we give them credit for. Except when they see a Nantucket Basket purse on sale in August.
